Abstract
The government of Juan Domingo Perón in Argentina between 1946 and 1955 proposed a series of policies with the idea of using technologies as potential educational auxiliaries. The explicit objective was to energize the classes and, in addition, to favor state and centrally the development of new media. In this frame, it is important to remark the creation in 1949 of the Departamento de Radioenseñanza y Cinematografía Escolar, as a part of educational. Among other initiatives, the production of radio educational programs is important, and its consequent dissemination through notes in the Noticioso journal, the textual media for the federal dissemination of governmental and pedagogical information. It is subject of analysis the policies on teaching through radio that developed the Peronism, especially referred to propaganda and educational interventions of teachers. The rough daily programs, it began to be broadcast across Argentina diff erent content seeking to be a mechanism of transmission of government ideas regarding what is considered valid in education, being possible to understand the meanings associated with the radio as a teaching method.
